The SWATH ship "Helgoland" is delivered to the German Customs. For the fin stabilization iMAR's iSSMC is integrated (Ship Stabilisation and Motion Control). With its iSSMC technology iMAR provides a modular system architecture and hardware to the shipyards including a new generation of precise internal gyroscopes.
iMAR also supports the shipyards and naval architects in the design of the fins and the hydraulics requirements. Also tests in the water basin (e.g. HSVA Hamburg) are fully supported with hardware which is the same as used on the final ships. During such tests shipyards evaluated significant advantages of the system against other systems on the market (MDI, Quantum Controls).
